Man charged with attempted murder after stabbing in Evesham
A woman in her 60s has been left with serious injuries
A 57-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder following a stabbing in Evesham.
West Mercia Police are investigating after emergency services were called to an address off Bewdley Street at around 6.45pm on 26th December after reports of the serious incident.
A woman in her 60s suffered serious injuries that police say could be life-threatening or life-changing. She is currently receiving treatment in hospital.
Clive Harris, of Castle Street, Evesham, has been charged and remanded in custody.
He will appear at the next available magistrates' court.
