A 37-year-old man was killed near Hanley Castle
A man has been charged with after a fatal collision in Worcestershire.
A 37-year-old man died following the collision on the Worcester Road (B4211) near Hanley Castle on 23 January 2024.
Thomas Barnett, aged 37, of Court Road, Malvern is charged with causing death by driving without due care and attention while being unfit through drink.
He will next appear at Worcester Crown Court on 14 October.
