Kidderminster man charged with rape of woman aged 16 or over

A man from Kidderminster has been charged with the rape of a woman 16 years or over, intentional strangulation and engaging in controlling / coercive behaviour.

Andrew Sandford, 49, of Bull Ring in Kidderminster, will appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court today (20 June).
