The experienced forward has joined the National League side.
Kidderminster Harriers have completed the signing of Jay Emmanuel Thomas
The experienced frontman has played for the likes of Ipswich Town and Bristol City.
He has been training with the club the last month.
He was the second attacking addition of the day with striker Seb Thompson also arriving.
The 21 year old has been with a number of Premier League academies.
He had also been training with the club the last month, with Phil Brown pleased with both arrivals.
