Droitwich man charged with attempted rape
The incident happened at the end of November
A man has been charged has been charged with attempt rape and non-fatal strangulation.
Ethan Inett, 25, of Joseph’s Close in Droitwich, appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on Saturday (7 December), where was remanded.
The charges relate to an incident on Ombersley Way in Droitwich on Monday 25 November.
At around 10.40pm, a woman was followed by a man along Ombersley Way.
The man has grabbed the woman, aged 51, and attempted to pull at her clothing.
Inett is next due to appear at Worcester Crown Court on 3 January 2025.
