Child and baby injured in serious crash in Stourport

Police are appealing for witness to a serious road traffic collision in Stourport on Severn, Worcestershire, which injured a child and a baby.

The RTC happened at the junction of the A451 Dunley Road and the B4196 at around 6.45am yesterday, involving a silver Vauxhall Corsa and a black BMW.

A three-year-old child, a ten-month-old baby, and a man in his 40s, were taken to hospital.

A man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.

Anyone who witnessed the collision and has information should call 101 and quote log 98i of today (Sunday 4 February).
