Bromsgrove Council to avoid cuts to frontline services

Bromsgrove District Council's new budget promises to protect frontline services from cuts.
Households will see an extra £5 added to their council tax bill - to help pay for things like waste collection, parks, and planning applications.
They haven't seen any increase in funding since 2011.
However the budget won't stretch to support the New Homes Bonus Community Grants Scheme this year due to financial constraints.
