Bromsgrove assault leaves man with broken cheek bone

Police want to hear from anyone with information on what happened

Police are investigating an attack in Bromsgrove, that has left a man with a broken cheek bone.

At around 03:00 BST on Friday 24 September, it was reported a man was assaulted outside the Ye Olde Black Cross Pub on Worcester Road.

He sustained severe swelling and was taken to Alexandra Hospital.

Officers have since released two CCTV images (see below), which include six men they would like to speak to regarding the incident.

PC Hayley Bain: “We believe this group are from the Birmingham area.

“We ask anyone who may have any information that could help identify them to please get in touch".

West Mercia Police is now urging anyone who has more details on the incident to call 101, quoting reference 57i of 24 September.
