Appeal for witnesses following M5 collision
It happened earlier this morning.
Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision on the M5 this morning.
The collision occurred at around 7.50am on the northbound carriageway between junctions 5 and 4A between a ford fiesta and an MG car.
A man was seen running from the scene.
He is described as white, believed to be in his late twenties, wearing a white t-shirt and red shorts.
The driver of the ford fiesta was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The road was partially blocked but later reopened.
