Health bosses have suspended visiting at Harrogate District and Ripon Community Hospital.
It's to coincide with national coronavirus lockdown measures which came into force on Thursday (5 November).
There are some exceptions though - such as end of life and long stay patients.
There are similar rules for Airedale General Hospital.
