The latest on Storm Eunice across Harrogate and the Dales
A yellow weather warning is in place from 7am today.
As Storm Eunice rolls in, a yellow weather warning strong winds as been issued for Harrogate and the Dales.
We're expecting 60mph gusts of winds - which could bring down trees and cause power cuts across North Yorkshire.
How will Storm Eunice affect Harrogate and the Dales?
The Met Office weather warning is into force from 7am today (Friday 18 February) and will last until 6pm.
The amber warning for wind covers the majority of England.
However in some parts of the South and London that's been upgraded to a rare red warning - with millions of people being told to stay at home.
It's not just the strong winds from Storm Eunice - we're also expecting snow across parts of North Yorkshire too.
The Met Office has a yellow weather warning for snow in parts of the county.
How will it affect my journey to work?
There's also a chance of travel delays on roads and rail services, and it's being recommended people try and avoid travel.
LNER, Northern and TransPennine are all expecting last minute cancellations and delays.
They say we should check before we travel.
