Soccer Saturday pundit Jeff Stelling has been in Harrogate this morning to raise awareness of prostate cancer.
He's walking four marathons over four days in his March for Men challenge to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK and to encourage men to get checked.
It's his fourth multi-marathon walking challenge for Prostate Cancer UK to help beat a disease taking the lives of his friends.

He said: "I'm afraid to say when you're driving through the streets of Yorkshire today you might get held up in a lot of traffic by this snake of people with the Prostate Cancer UK t-shirts on. So you will be made aware of prostate cancer.
"Men don't want to go to their doctors for anything and if it's anything below the waist then they'll run a mile. So we're trying to change that because prostate cancer is the sort of thing where if you are remotely worried about it don't be afraid to talk to your mates at work or mates down the pub.
"We're at Harrogate Town Football Ground and one man will die from prostate cancer every half of a football match, every 45 minutes. Catch it early and it is one of the easiest forms of cancer to cure or to deal with but if you don't it's a killer."
Jeff added that the story of Wetherby's Lloyd Pinder will always stay with him and that the two struck up a good friendship.
He said: "He always used to say 'I'm 43 and I'm fighting fit' and he believed cancer would never beat him but sadly he passed away in September last year leaving his lovely wife and two daughters behind.
"It's those sort of stories that make you think you've got to carry on doing this."
Lloyd's wife, Tina Pinder, joined Jeff on the walk this morning.
She said: "I feel really privileged and really emotional. He was such a big part of my life and he's got two lovely daughters. There is a big hole where he's missing.
"He hoped a cure would be found for him in his lifetime but we all kind of knew that wouldn't be the case.
"After that diagnosis he got quite involved in the charity and he did Jeff's first march with him.
"We lost him last September and I feel I've got to carry on that baton and continue to raise awareness in his memory."

Jeff was joined by fellow pundits, celebrities, managers and football fans who - over the course of four days - will walk four marathons.
He's leaving from, going via and finishing at a football stadium on each day. The challenge started yesterday in the North East and today he set off from Wetherby Road. Tomorrow he's heading to Merseyside before completing the action packed four days in London.
Jeff is trying to raise £250,000 for Prostate Cancer UK which will be invested into ground-breaking research.
