Police appeal after collision in Settle

An appeal has been launched by North Yorkshire Police for witnesses after a collision involving a stolen vehicle in Settle.

At around 1.20am on Friday August 5th, a dark green coloured Polaris agricultural vehicle, crashed into other cars and a bollard on Kirkgate.

The driver left the scene, with officers appealing for help to identify them.

North Yorkshire Police say the suspect is 'believed to have been male and may have suffered a head injury in the collision.'
