Police appeal after 2-in-1 burglary in Harrogate

It happened on West Cliffe Terrace in the early hours of Saturday morning.

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a 2-in-1 burglary that happened on West Cliffe Terrace in Harrogate.

A blue Audi A3 with the registration HV67CPF was stolen from the property sometime overnight, between 2-3am on Saturday 2 October 2021.

In a statement, North Yorkshire Police said: "We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident. In particular, we are requesting that people check their ring door bells or any CCTV within the surrounding streets to West Cliffe Terrace, during the hour we believe this occurred.

"Officers are keen to trace a man who was seen in the area at the time of the theft, as he may hold information which is key to the investigation. The man is described as wearing a grey hoodie and black jogging bottom, with short fair hair and a slim build."
