Oxygen required after house fire in Harrogate

Oxygen had to be given to a person living on Cold Bath Road in Harrogate after a house fire.

Firefighters arrived at the scene at around 12.25pm.

North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service’s incident report said:

“On arrival, crew confirmed a small fire had occurred within a microwave.

“The fire was out on arrival of the fire service, however, the property was still heavily smoke logged. Crews opened windows and provided oxygen therapy to the resident.”
