Man seen exposing himself in Harrogate
A 67 year-old man's been arrested.
A 67 year-old man's been arrested after a man was reportedly seen exposing himself in Harrogate.
It happened in Valley Gardens yesterday.
The man, from Bradford, was arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency and breaching a sexual harm prevention order and remains in police custody.
In a statement, North Yorkshire Police said: "We'd like to thank the quick-thinking members of the public who alerted us to the man and helped detain him."
