Man arrested after 'serious disturbance' in Harrogate

A man in his 20s has been arrested after what police have described as a "serious disturbance" in Harrogate.
Officers were called to the Skipton Road area earlier today.
The man's been arrested on suspicion of affray which involved threats to another man - and remains in police custody.
North Yorkshire Police have launched an investigation.
