Harrogate and the Dales moves into Tier 3

Harrogate and the Dales will move into Tier 3, the Government has confirmed.
It follows a rise in Covid infection rates across the region and the UK.
The news comes as the Oxford Covid vaccine has been approved for use across the UK, starting next week.
North Yorkshire as a whole will go into Tier 3 from a minute past midnight (31st December).
