An aid worker from Harrogate has been telling us about the horror of being caught up in an air strike in Ukraine that killed 11 people.

Four children lost their lives when a Russian rocket landed on a pizza restaurant in the eastern City of Kramatrosk.

Mo Hornik was sitting outside and helped pull victims from the rubble: "Thankfully most of my team are ok, I have a small head injury and my friend had a fractured skull but apart from that we were ok but lots of people lost their lives and there were families too."

She's there working for a charity which matches refugees with sponsors in the UK - but not enough have come forward: "It's just devastating for me to know, that if we had better options for these people, maybe they wouldn't have to be living in that location and it just gives me a renewed sense of passion that we need to be offering these people safe ways out."

"My focus now is just getting innocent people to safe places and even if we can just get one family at a time out, one person at a time out, that's not just life changing it's life saving for these people."

"When we hear sirens go off, when we hear strikes landing in the distance, or even close to us, we just have to get used to it, this is where you live, this is where you work, so I think the scariest thing is that it is not unique and it's not unusual."
