Police investigate damage to cars in Harrogate

North Yorkshire Police are investigating criminal damage to six cars in Harrogate, early on Saturday morning (26 June 2021).

Between 4am and 5am, stones and other items were thrown at the vehicles, smashing the windows and causing hundreds of pounds worth of damage.

Officers are now conducting a trawl of local CCTV, and are looking for help from the public to identify what happened.

In a statement, North Yorkshire Police added: "Three youths wearing dark hooded tops were seen in the area around the incidents. They are asked to come forward to assist the investigation.
