Bradford Council’s been stripped of its children's and social care services following the Star Hobson case.

Officials had contact with the family of the 16-month-old before she was murdered by her mother's girlfriend.

Services will be moved into a trust - that although owned by the Council - will operate at arms-length under a new independent chair and board.
