Bilton's Peter the Peacock found in Lancashire

A peacock, known for roaming the streets of Bilton in Harrogate, has been found by the RSPCA in Lancashire.
It's thought Peter the Peacock has suffered a leg injury, and may not be returning to Bilton.
It comes after posts in the Bilton Community Group Facebook group reported concerns for his welfare, after residents hadn't seen him for some time.
A petition has now been launched to ensure his return, although it is thought that may only be possible if an individual takes responsibility for him as a pet.
