Work begins on Garth Lane footbridge in Grimsby

Work's starting on Garth Lane footbridge in Grimsby today.

It'll be shut for 6 months, so the existing bridge can be removed and replaced with a 'showcase' five-metre-wide structure.

Its part of regeneration works.

A new tiered step area down to the river is also being installed.
