Pubs in North East Lincolnshire react to new restrictions

Many pubs and restaurants in North East Lincolnshire fear 10p closure will hit takings hard.
However Richard Cousins who runs pubs in the area is planning to turn the late night venues in to day time ones.
He's more optimistic than some.
