North East Lincolnshire now has the 16th highest weekly rate of COVID-19 cases in England, but daily numbers are falling significantly.

There are almost 5200 confirmed diagnosis, that's an increase of around 350 over the last week.

The number of cases in care homes finally appears to be decreasing too, after a big increase recently.

Currently 15 are reporting a total of 67 residents with coronavirus.

Steve Pintus, Director of Public Health for North East Lincolnshire, held a Q&A.

He says the new vaccine has a few issues.

"It is quite restrictive in terms of it's movement."

"Therefore, the numbers of vaccines available this side of Christmas is limited, because of the need to keep the vaccine stable."

"The focus will be on the highest priority groups in the priority list, particularly those over 80 and frontline healthcare staff."
