Man charged with robbery at shop in Grimsby

A 43-year-old man has been charged after reports a shop worker was threatened during a robbery in Grimsby.

Humberside Police say they were called to a store in Cromwell Road after items of value were taken at around 7,45am on Thursday 23 May.

Stewart Williamson, of Veal Street in Grimsby, has been charged with robbery.

He has been remanded into our custody to appear at Hull Magistrates Court on Saturday 25 May.
