A man's been charged with grievous bodily harm following a reported assault in Grimsby.
Police were called out to Macaulay Street on Saturday.
A man was treated in hospital for his injuries.
Paul O’Brien, 32, of St Andrews Drive Saxilby, Lincoln was bailed with conditions until Wednesday 10 February.
It's following a first appearance at Grimsby Magistrates Court yesterday.
