Grimsby Town's manager says plans to reform the Premier league are 'vile and disgusting greed'.
Project big picture would give more power to the biggest clubs including Liverpool and Manchester United but provide extra finances to teams lower down the pyramid.
It would also give the so-called 'big six' sides greater voting rights.
