Grimsby Minster and Time Trap Museum receive Government funding.
The cash is said to be vital to keep them going.
It's thought funding of more than 182 thousand pounds for Grimsby Minster will help 'steady the ship' as they recover from the pandemic.
The Time trap museum has also been given a share of 60 thousand pounds.
It should see both venues through until March when the money has to be used by.
Carol Heidschuster is on the board of trustees for the Minster and says it's good news.
