Grimsby hospital supports doctors and nurses experiencing stress
The coronavirus pandemic put extra pressure on hospital staff
The trust in charge of Grimsby hospital says that at the height of the Covid-19 outbreak, up to 5 new referrals to staff support were being made daily.
It's feared many doctors and nurses felt like the couldn't take a break.
That lead to rises in stress and burnout.
Principal clinical psychologist Dr Gail Meadows says many faced a difficult choice.
