First coronavirus death in Northern Lincs for weeks

The Trust in charge of Grimsby and Scunthorpe hospitals has recorded its first cornavirus related death in weeks.

It comes as the number of cases across the country reaches it's highest daily total since May.

Almost 3-thousand new infections were reported yesterday.

The Trust hasn't revealed whether the latest death was at Grimsby or Scunthorpe hospital.

Last week the first covid 19 related death in Lincolnshire for more than a month was recorded.
