There are warnings for people to stay away from Cleethorpes if they have to travel long distances to get there.
Rules on exercise suggest people should stay local.
However there was evidence some of those in the resort over the weekend were not from the local area.
Cleethorpes Councillor Kathryn Wheatley is happy they want to visit, but says now is not the time.
