Many motorists using Sandringham Road and Brian Avenue are said to be going too fast.
It's feared a child will be seriously hurt or even killed if action isn't taken on Cleethorpes roads.
Drivers often speed down Sandringham Road and Brian Road at 50 and 60 mph.
