The final phase of works, which will provide people in Grimsby with extra drainage capacity during periods of heavy rain, will take place tomorrow.
Sections of Willingham road and Catherine Street will be resurfaced.
It means the road will be closed during the day.
On-street parking will be suspended during the works.
