93-year-old lifelong Town fan, Daphne Baker, has been awarded the Coral Football Fan of the Year award for May.
She was chosen by ex footballer Alan Shearer to win the £1,000 cash prize for May, after he was impressed by her dedication to the club.
When asked how she will spend the prize money, Daphne, who travels to away matches on the Grimsby Town Supporters coach, said:
“The coaches now have gone sky-high with prices, so I’d like a lot of that to go to them.”
