Woman taken to hospital with stab wounds after Horfield assault

A woman's been taken to hospital with stab wounds after an assault outside a pub in Horfield.
It happened on Tuesday afternoon, police say they were called to Filton Avenue at 4.15 pm.
A 36-year-old man has been arrested and is currently in custody.
Officers are now appealing for witnesses to come forward.
