Armed officers were called to Matson just before 4am.
A weapon was fired in Gloucester this morning.
Armed officers were called to Matson just before 4am.
No-one was injured - but a dog inside the address was injured and was taken to a vets for treatment.
No arrests have been made.
Police are keen to hear from anyone who lives in the area and may have CCTV or doorbell footage from between 2.30am and 4.30am.
