The annual Walk4Hollie is set to take place today.

The Hollie Gazzard Trust, which was set up in memory of Hollie after she was killed by an ex-partner, say the walk is an opportunity to come together to reflect and remember those taken too soon by domestic abuse, stalking and knife crime.

The event is set to start and finish at The Glevum Inn from 10am.

The walk is a 10k route into Gloucester and open to everyone.

There is also a 6.5km route for those that want to take part but feel that 10km is too far.

The event is an opportunity to fundraise for the trust as well as raise awareness about what work the trust does.

CEO of the trust, Jane Harvey, told Greatest Hits Radio: “It’s an annual event that has been held to remember Hollie but also send a message about the work that the trust does.

“Raising awareness amongst young people about the importance of healthy relationships, recognising the signs of abusive relationships and making sure they can make healthy and positive relationship choices.

“That is our mission.

“And it is as important today as it was the day that Hollie was murdered.”
