Three Cheltenham women charged with shoplifting offences

Three women from Cheltenham have been charged with shoplifting offences after they were arrested on Monday (December 14).

It's part of the Constabulary's Operation Kracker which aims to crackdown on shoplifters across the county.

Jade Stevens, 30, of Ashlands Road was charged with seven counts of theft from a shop.

Cerise Theyer, 33, of Pates Avenue was charged with six counts of theft from a shop.

Victoria Wakeley-Jones, 23, of Mount View Drive was charged with one count of theft from a shop.

The charges relate to intelligence gathered by officers following numerous incidents in Tewkesbury and Cheltenham.

They have been released on police bail to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on 12 March 2021.
