Teenager robbed of e-bike by group in Gloucester

Three males in balaclavas surrounded the victim in Tuffley

A teenager's had his e-bike stolen in a robbery in Gloucester, as he was targeted by a group of three males

The suspects, all wearing balaclavas, stopped the victim near Arundel Close in Tuffley on the afternoon of April 17th.

They acted as if they were concealing weapons.

The group are described as:

  • Black
  • Aged between 16 and 18
  • Between five feet nine and five feet eleven tall
  • All wearing black clothing and black balaclavas
  • One, who rode the bike away, had reflective stripes on the cheeks of his balaclava
  • He was also carrying a cross-body bag with a red strap

The Carrera Hellcat e-bike has been modified since the picture above was taken, but is a black frame with blue writing and a battery pack.

House to house and CCTV enquiries have been carried out by Gloucestershire Police, with an appeal for any witnesses to come forward.

Officers are also looking for home CCTV, doorbell camera or dashcam footage that could help with their investigation.
