A teenage girl has been arrested following a reported attempted robbery in a Gloucester shop yesterday.
It happened at a premises on Barton Street at around 10.15pm.
A girl entered the shop, carrying a knife and demanded a shop worker hand over money from the till. She then assaulted her before leaving the shop.
The 16 year-old girl, who was arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery, remains in police custody.
