A teenage boy's been charged with attempted murder following the stabbing of a teenage girl in Gloucester.
It happened in the Kingsway area on Sunday evening.
The 17-year-old, who can't be named for legal reasons, appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court earlier today.
He was remanded in custody.
The teenager is next due to appear at Gloucester Crown Court on Friday 1 March.
The victim of the stabbing, a 16-year-old girl, remains in hospital.
