Stone throwing incidents in Cotswolds
A teenager from Tetbury has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and released on bail.
Police in the Cotswolds are appealing for anyone with information or who witnessed a series of stone throwing incidents to come forward.
A shop on London Road in Tetbury has been the target for someone throwing stones and items, breaking its windows and causing damage.
The property has been attacked on Thursday 17 October at 1.30am, on Monday 21 November at 00.55am and on Friday 25 November at 4.50am.
A person dressed in dark clothing is seen to pick things off the ground, throw them at the property then run away.
They are described as being dressed in dark clothing, tall and of a slim build.
There has been a number of other stone throwing incidents that have caused damage in Tetbury.
These include a property in Quails Mead being targeted three times on three different nights resulting in damage to the property and a vehicle.
Properties in Courtfield Road and Chavenage Lane have also had damage caused by items being thrown at them.
A teenager from Tetbury has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage in connection with the incidents and has since been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Officers are now asking anyone who knows anything about these incidents or who has witnessed them to get in touch.
