Man charged with sexual assault of teenager in Gloucester

41-year-old Aston Bailey of Bristol Road, Quedgeley has been charged in connection with the sexual assault of a teenage girl in the Coney Hill area of Gloucester yesterday.

He will appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court today with the charge of sexual assault of a female on Metz Way.

Bailey is also charged with two counts of using abusive behaviour or disorderly behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Hawthorne Avenue and Bullfinch Road in Abbeydale yesterday.

The arrest and charges followed a number of reports from people in the Coney Hill area yesterday.
