Re-appeal for witnesses after serious Cheltenham assault
Two men have been arrested in connection
On Thursday 28 April, police released CCTV images of a number of people officers wanted to identify after a man sustained serious head injuries during an assault in Cheltenham.
Since then officers have identified eight people who have been spoken to and are now assisting with enquiries.
Despite this a number of people are yet to be identified and officers are continuing to ask anyone who recognises them to come forward.
Two men, who are both from Cheltenham and aged 23 and 31, were arrested earlier this month on suspicion of assault causing grievous bodily harm. They were released on police bail while enquiries continue.
