Police have issued an appeal to locate a 28-year-old man who was reported missing from Brockworth yesterday, Sunday 20 November.

Lewis is an avid walker who can walk long distances, and it is believed that he left an address on Guise Avenue on foot at some time after 11am.

Officers are searching for Lewis as they are concerned for his welfare. He did not show up for work yesterday and his disappearance is out of character.

When last seen, Lewis was wearing black jogging bottoms, a black cap, black leather jacket and walking boots. He also wears glasses and has taken his headphones with him.

Lewis may also be in possession of an orange tent, sleeping bag and a backpack.

He is described as being white, has short mousey brown hair, around 5ft 6ins in height and is of a medium build.

Lewis likes to walk in the areas of Chosen Hill, Birdlip Hill, Great Witcombe Roman Villa and other local beauty spots.

Anyone who has seen Lewis since yesterday morning, or who has any information on his whereabouts, is asked to call police on 101 and quote incident 301 of 20 November.

If you can see Lewis at the time of calling you should dial police on 999.
