Police are renewing their appeal for witnesses to a crash in Cheltenham last month following the death of an 82-year-old man.

A pedestrian and a car were involved outside Prezzo on the Promenade at around 9.40am on Tuesday 23 January.

The pedestrian was taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol where he was treated for serious head injuries and died later that evening.

After reviewing CCTV footage from around the time of the incident, officers would like to speak to the drivers of the following vehicles, who they believe may have driven past the pedestrian moments before the collision:

A white Audi A1

A white Hyundai Ioniq Saloon

A white Mercedes taxi

A white Volkswagen SUV

A grey Fiat 500

Anyone with information is being urged to contact officers.
