Police investigating after pedestrian hit by car in Cheltenham
It happened on Saturday evening
Gloucestershire Police are investigating after a pedestrian was hit by a car in Cheltenham.
It happened on Montpellier Terrace at around 7.15pm last night (25/02).
The inciden involved a 20-year-old woman and a blue Nissan Micra.
Road closures were put in place while emergency services remained at the scene. These have since been lifted.
The woman sustained head and facial injuries and was taken to Southmead Hospital in Bristol by paramedics. Her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or who has dashcam footage is asked to make contact with police on 101.
