Police analysing CCTV after man stabbed in Gloucester

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man suffered suspected stab wounds in Gloucester.

Police are asking any witnesses of those with cctv footage to get in touch.

A man in his 40’s was taken to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital after suffering suspected stab wounds in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The incident took place between 5am and 6am on Chase lane after a fight reportedly broke out in the car park of the All Nations Community Centre.

The victim is reported to have been trying to break up the fight when he was stabbed three times.

He was taken to hospital for his injuries but they were not deemed as life-threatening and he has since been discharged.

Police are forensically examining the CCTV from the area and appealing for any witnesses to come forward to assist in their investigation.
