Person dies after falling from building in Stroud

Gloucestershire Police say the death is currently being treated as "unexplained".

A person has died after falling from a building in Stroud.

Gloucestershire Police say officers were called just before 6pm yesterday (Friday 18 June), to Tricorn House on Westward Road.

It was a report that someone had fallen from a building, and a person was pronounced dead at the scene.

The individual's next of kin is being supported by specialist officers.

Gloucestershire Police say the death is currently being treated as unexplained, and a cordon was in place while investigations took place yesterday.

In a statement, Gloucestershire Constabulary added: "Anyone who witnessed the incident and has not yet spoken to police is asked to call 101 quoting incident 444 of 18 June.
